Becoming a member of our WLFS Loyalty Rewards Program means that, on top of your normal everyday savings, you'll be earning points toward money saving coupons to use in our store. Our voluntary, "opt-in" rewards program is designed to provide exclusive benefits for those who choose to participate. Members receive points on virtually everything you purchase*, which will accumulate in your Loyalty Rewards Club account as you work your way toward discounts to use on future purchases.
Beyond earning your Loyalty Rewards Points through the program, there are a variety of other benefits to becoming a WLFS Customer Loyalty Rewards Member, which are outlined below.
How do I earn points?
Our Loyalty Rewards program assigns one point per dollar you spend in our store; once the Loyalty Rewards Member reaches the target number of points for our club, they will receive a $5 OFF discount coupon that may be used toward a subsequent purchase in our store (valid for 30 days). A running total of accumulated points is printed on the bottom of every sales receipt for each participating customer.
Are there any items that do not qualify for points?
You will earn points on just about everything you buy at West Lebanon Feed & Supply. The only exception to this are on purchases of clearance/discontinued items that are already heavily discounted for fast sale. You will also not earn Loyalty Rewards from grooming services at Clean Paws, due to the fact that Clean Paws has its own Frequent Buyer discount program.
What are some other benefits of being a Rewards Member?
Your Purchase History:
Using your Customer Rewards Card at the time of purchase will keep a history of your purchase activity. This is helpful if you need to make an exchange or return and no longer have a sales receipt. It is also convenient for recalling a product that was purchased in the event that you cannot remember exactly what you bought but would like to get the identical product. Many customers come in and say, "I don't remember what type of fertilizer I used last year but I want to use it again..." Your purchase history will help us make sure we get you what you need.
Sales Record for Important Alerts, Recalls, etc.:
While we hope that no product you purchase from us will be subject to a recall, using your Customer Rewards Card can provide added peace of mind for your purchases. In the event that we receive critical information regarding a product we sell, we have the capability of determining which Rewards Members have purchased that particular product (provided they used their card at the time of purchase), and alerting them as necessary.
Exclusive Savings and Sale Events:
Our Rewards Members always get access to sale pricing the day before our sales officially begin. This means that you have early access to the savings, as well as the best selection on our sale items. In addition, we periodically host sale events or specials opportunities targeted specifically to our Rewards Members. From special coupons and offers in our newsletters to online sale flyers and email discounts, Rewards Members who provide up-to-date contact info are given a number of exclusive opportunities to save.

When you sign up for your Customer Rewards Card, you have the option of providing us with contact information that will allow us to send you our exclusive quarterly newsletter (designed with Rewards Members in mind) full of WLFS news, stories, recipes, fun facts, special coupons, and more! If you provide us with an email address, we will also send you email alerts on upcoming events, information, new products, and savings opportunities.
